A word from the chef
I visited Hong Kong for the first time while I was working at a Cantonese restaurant in Japan, and was moved by everything including the local ingredients and the energy of the people. I began to visit Hong Kong more frequently and began to want to work there, which led me to end up working at a local restaurant. I began to connect with other chefs in Hong Kong and I was even more deeply attracted to Hong Kong and Cantonese cuisine. I decided to devote my life.
We provide two completely different Chinese cuisine experiences through Ippeihanten and Yexianggang.
Ippeihanten creates refined experiences that extract the potentials of the ingredients, while Yexianggang provides large-dished meals with local and authentic dishes using niche ingredients.
Our restaurant is unique in that it allows you to gain knowledge and skills in two different types of Chinese cuisine.
Both experienced and inexperienced people are welcome.
We are looking for colleagues who wishes to pursue the art of bringing joy to our clients by creating meals incorporating Chinese traditions and cultures.
