スペイン料理の経験が有りませんが…と良く言われますが、全く問題ありません。
当店で学んで頂けたらと思います。
レストランは修行の場と良く言われますが、わからない事はきちんと全て教えさせて頂きます。
ただ、せっかく飛び込んだ世界なら、覚悟を持って取り組める事を願います。
料理に国境はますます無くなってきています。
